FAQs
Are you really going?
Yes. Especially now that we have tickets booked, it’s all looking very certain. Updated: Definitely. We’re gone!
For how long?
Not sure. Depends how much fun we’re having. And if we find some nice places to stay.
Where are you going?
We’re off to London (via Singapore & Thailand) to start off with. We don’t have any plans as to how *long* we’ll stay there. As long as it takes, until it’s time to move on.
How can we contact you?
you can email leisa at leisa.reichelt at gmail dot com and mick at murphy.michaelp at gmail dot com
OR, if you feel like a chat, get Skype and give us a call for free. We even have a webcam

Why are you going?
It’s a big world out there with lots of people to meet and things to see. We want to do more of it before we find ourselves with big, important commitments.
What are you doing with all your stuff?
Not sure exactly. We’re still working on that. Why? You got some storage space?
A fair bit got ditched/given away, sold on ebay and the rest is being stored with various friends and family (thank you friends and family!)
What’s happening with Pat?
Pat will be moving to is living in Canberra to live with brother Aaron and Emil. Aaron has promised to ensure that Pat get’s his pat quota every day. Yes, we do feel a bit mean making him move to Canberra.
We’re thinking of doing the Cat Passport thing and bringing him over with us… but that depends on how settled we get over there. We don’t think Pat would be a big fan of longhaul flights.
Who is Pat?
Patrick (Pat the Cat) is a very special cat. He was born in January of 1994, so he’s getting on a bit, but that doesn’t seem to stop him from acting like a silly kitten from time to time.
There are lots more shots of Pat over at Flickr.
